And it culminates in a clear positioning statement and product brief you can use to guide your team across all channels.

In practice, this often means contradicting the initial persona and letting buying behavior—not aspiration—drive the narrative.

# Launch Strategy & Early Momentum

I help teams think through what to say first, who to say it to, and what to deliberately leave unsaid.

This is most useful when a launch needs demand before scale—preorders, waitlists, early access, or proof that a market exists beyond internal belief.

The work tends to sit between strategy and execution:

  • Shaping offers
  • Building sales funnels
  • Writing sales pages and email marketing sequences
  • Pressure-testing assumptions with test funnels

Not every launch survives manufacturing or funding. When it works, the signal is clear early.

Long or short, usually rewritten after the real questions surface.

This work often happens after traffic exists and before scale—when teams realize the page is answering the wrong questions.

I tend to remove more copy than I add.

Good pages don’t convince. They clarify.

# Ads That Don’t Try Too Hard

I write direct-response ads with a point of view. Clear offers, clear tradeoffs, and language that sounds like it was written by a person.

This usually follows positioning work, once the real objections are obvious and the audience has been narrowed enough to speak directly.

The goal isn’t volume. It’s clarity. Lower friction usually follows.
